Questions
- Is the CAD really free?
- Yes — the whole program: drawing, layers, DWG and DXF in and out, in the browser and on the desktop. It never asks for an account. Only the agent, which costs us money every time it thinks, is paid.
- What am I paying for exactly?
- The tokens the model reads and writes while it works on your request, at the provider's price plus our margin, and a flat fee for each drawing it renders. Every charge is a line on your account page.
- I have my own API key.
- Paste it in the agent's settings and its tokens are yours, not ours — we charge nothing for them. Drawings are still $0.15 each, so the balance has to stay above that.
- Which models run the agent?
- Muse Spark 1.3 by default; the dashboard binds a model to each account and can switch it. With your own key, any model your provider offers.
- Refunds?
- A drawing that fails is refunded on the spot. For anything else, write from your account page.
