Terms of service

Using NASJI means agreeing to these terms. They are short because the deal is simple.

The CAD is free

The CAD program — in the browser and as the desktop app — is free for personal and commercial use, with no limit on files, drawings or time, no watermark and no attribution required. You may install it on as many machines as you like. You may not resell it, strip its notices, or present it as your own product.

The agent is paid

The drafting agent runs on credit. A new account starts with a small welcome credit; after that you top up by card or wallet, and each agent turn and each drawing is charged from the balance at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time. Credit does not expire. If you bring your own model key, the provider bills you for the model and we charge only the drawing fee.

Unlimited AI Lifetime

When offered, a one-time Unlimited AI purchase includes NASJI AI requests and drawing tools on web and desktop for one personal account, for the lifetime of the NASJI AI service. There is no daily or monthly AI quota and no credit deduction or automatic renewal. It covers personal and commercial projects. Model choices and tools may evolve, and service availability and technical limits per request still apply. Account sharing, resale and automated abuse are not included. Existing credit remains on your account. Your own provider key is billed separately by that provider.

Your Unlimited AI purchase is not converted into a credit quota by later pricing changes. A full refund or payment reversal ends access under that purchase. For refund requests, contact [email protected] from your account email; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

Credit that has not been used is refunded on request within thirty days of the payment; write to [email protected] from the account’s address. Credit that has been spent on turns and drawings that completed is not refunded. A turn that fails is not charged.

Your files and your drawings

Everything you draw, open or save is yours. We claim no rights in it. Drawings the agent produces for you are yours to use as you see fit. A file you open in the viewer or the CAD is not uploaded to us. Files sent to a converter are processed on our server; the privacy notice explains how each conversion tool handles uploaded files.

Accounts

An account is an e-mail address, signed in with a code or through Google. Keep access to that address; it is the only key. One person per account. You are responsible for what is done with your balance while signed in.

What the agent is, and is not

The agent draws from a description as well as it can. It is a drafting aid, not an engineer, an architect or a surveyor. Check every drawing before it is built from, priced from, or submitted. We are not responsible for a drawing used without that check.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to attack the service or others, or to send it content you have no right to. Automated use through the public API is welcome within its published limits.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service up and the desktop app working with drawings it has always opened, but a free program comes with no uptime promise. Prices, features and these terms can change; a change to prices applies to future top-ups, never to credit already bought. If we ever wind the service down, you will be told, the desktop app will keep working offline, and unused credit will be refunded.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
