Privacy policy

NASJI is a CAD program and a drafting agent. The short version: the program works without an account and without sending your drawings anywhere; an account is an e-mail address and a balance; and nothing about you is sold.

What stays on your device

A DWG or DXF you open in the viewer or the CAD is read on your device, in your browser or in the desktop app. It is not uploaded, stored or copied by us. Drawings you save are files on your own disk or in your browser’s storage. The desktop app keeps its settings and recent-file list on your computer.

What we receive when you use a converter

The converters send your file to our server for processing. The image-to-CAD converter, including DXF to DWG, may retain input files, results and technical conversion records for troubleshooting. The separate CAD conversion and drawing export tools remove their temporary working files after processing. Contact [email protected] if you need help with an uploaded file.

What an account holds

An account is created when you sign in with a code sent to your e-mail address, or with your Google account. In the Google case we receive your e-mail address and name from Google; we keep the address and use nothing else. The account holds the address, the time it was created and last used, the balance, the ledger of what was charged or credited, and the conversations you have with the agent, so that a drawing can be continued.

If you bring your own model key, it is stored encrypted and used only to call the provider you named; it is never shown again in full and never used for anything but your own requests.

Payments

Card and wallet payments are handled by Stripe, PayPal or Paymob on their own pages. We never see a card number. We keep the payment’s reference, amount and status so that the credit can be applied and a receipt sent.

Usage measurement

The site, the web CAD and the desktop app report how they are used: pages opened, tools used, whether the agent’s turn succeeded, the app version, a random device id, and the country and city derived from the network address. This is what tells us what breaks and what is worth building. The desktop app’s reporting can be turned off in its settings.

The site may also run third-party measurement and advertising tags — Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, Microsoft Clarity — which set their own cookies under their own policies. They are used to know whether an ad led to a sign-up, not to identify you to anyone.

E-mail

We e-mail you sign-in codes, receipts and notices about your balance. We may also write to you about your account: a welcome, a note when the agent failed you, an offer when the trial runs out. Every such letter has an unsubscribe link that stops all of them at once.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. One short-lived cookie carries a Google sign-in across the round trip. The measurement tags above set theirs. There is no advertising profile built here.

Who else sees data

The model providers that run the agent see the text of your request and the drawing context needed to answer it. The payment providers see the payment. The mail provider sees the address a letter goes to. No one is given your data for their own purposes, and nothing is sold.

Keeping and deleting

Your account and its data are kept while the account exists. Write to [email protected] from the account’s address and it is deleted, with its balance, ledger and conversations, within a few days. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.
