About this block
Two drawings of one water feature. The section on the left cuts through a low outer basin with a coping channel, a dished middle bowl and a smaller upper bowl on a central column, water shown as a pale fill and the jets and overflow sheets drawn as 423 splines. The plan on the right is a set of concentric circles at radii of 2, 3, 4.6, 4.8, 5 and 5.2 m, making the pool 10.4 m across, with dimension text reading 6.00 and 4.00 for the two bowls.
A fountain of this size anchors a plaza, a hotel forecourt or the middle of a park, and the pair of drawings is exactly what a landscape package needs: the plan sets out the pool edge and the jet ring, the section carries the construction. Layer names are Spanish — LOSAS for slabs, FIERROS for reinforcement, ACOTACION for dimensions, EFECT-AGUA for the water effect and muro contension for the retaining wall — so it is clear which lines are structure and which are decoration.
The drawing is already in metres, so it lands in a metre-based site plan at scale 1 with no conversion at all. Freeze EFECT-AGUA for a clean pool outline on the setting-out sheet, and freeze ACOTACION if you would rather dimension it in your own style. The jet splines make up the bulk of the 527 entities, so turning that layer off cuts the file to a few dozen lines when only the basin profile matters.
