About this block
The Spanish title, planta de espejo de agua, means the plan of a water mirror, and that is what is drawn: a circular reflecting pool dimensioned 10.40 m overall, made up of a 9.20 m basin with a 600 mm rim on each side. Concentric circles at radii of 4.60, 4.65, 4.80, 5.00, 5.15 and 5.20 build up the coping and the retaining wall on the layer muro contension, an inner slab ring measures 6 m across, and a 4 m circle marks the fountain dish at the centre.
Around that centre, 350 short spline strokes on the layer EFECT-AGUA fan outwards to stand for the falling jets, so the drawing reads as a working fountain rather than a still pool, and six dimensions sit on the ACOTACION layer. The units are metres in spite of the inch flag in the header. Use it as the centrepiece of a plaza, hotel forecourt or formal garden, freeze EFECT-AGUA for a clean construction plan, and pair it with the matching section for tier heights and finishes.
