This hospital CAD block is a dry goods store drawn in plan at 3.30 by 4.45 m. Two banks of open shelving run down the long walls, one labelled ALMACEN DE SECOS for dry stores and the other ENSERES MENORES for small utensils, leaving a clear central aisle for a trolley. A sliding door with a movement arrow closes the short wall. The file holds 40 entities: 19 lines, 15 polylines, a single wall hatch and three pieces of text, on layers MUROS, HATCH and TEXT.
Catering and pharmacy stores like this sit at the back of a hospital kitchen department, and the plan is sized for a district clinic rather than a teaching hospital. Drop it into a departmental layout at 1:50, or a whole floor at 1:100 where the shelf bays still read. The same room serves as a dry store in school, hotel and staff canteen plans, so it is worth keeping in a general catering library as well as a medical one.
