Seen from above, this figure leans forward with the arms folded in front, and the shirt is drawn as a check of fine crossing lines over the shoulders and sleeves, the only patterned garment among the top-view people in this category. A solid shadow lies alongside. The insert measures 1.28 by 0.80 m, with the shadow again on BONGDO and the figure on the DIENHOA and DIEN HOA layer pair.
Use it where one detailed occupant carries a presentation plan: a courtyard, a workshop bench, a market stall, a balcony or a garden seat, drawn at 1:50 where the check still separates into lines. In a site plan at 1:200 the pattern closes up into a grey tone, which is not a fault so much as a reason to keep the figure for the larger scales.
The check is real linework and not a hatch pattern, so it will not thin out when you reduce the block: it simply merges. If you need the figure small, explode a copy, erase the shirt lines and save the plain outline as a second block for small-scale sheets. Keep the detailed one for the drawings that get printed at full size.
