About this block

One continuous outline and nothing else: a person seen from above lying with both arms flung above the head and the legs apart, the head a small rounded lobe at the left end. It is a single block reference on layer DIEN HOA and measures 1.28 by 0.77 m, shorter than a standing adult because the arms and knees are bent, so it behaves like a relaxed body rather than a stretched-out one. There is no clothing detail at all.

This is the figure for a sunbathing deck, a beach, a lawn, or the floor of a physiotherapy or yoga room, at 1:100 and 1:50. Sparse linework of this kind stays legible when the plan is reduced for a presentation board, which is exactly where heavily detailed figures blur into grey. It also suits sections through a bed or a sun lounger, laid flat on the mattress line.

Give it a light entourage layer and one of the thinnest pens on the sheet so it never competes with wall lines. Rotate it freely: with the limbs spread there is no obvious front, so several turned copies will not look repeated. Scale it to roughly seven tenths about the head to get a child instead of an adult, and check the length afterwards against 1.2 m.
