About this block
Two views of an open sports boat. The profile carries the raked windscreen, the sheer and chine lines sweeping to a fine bow, and a transom cut for an outboard leg. The deck plan underneath shows the walk-through windscreen, two seats side by side at the helm, a bench across the stern and the bow lounge ahead of the screen. The definition behind it is small and tidy, 24 polylines and 24 lines, and it carries the name Archi.Space.Cars546, left over from a road-vehicle library.
Lake resorts, river frontages and small marinas are the drawings that call for a boat this size, around 6 m long and drawn at 1:100. Rename the block on insertion, because a boat filed under Cars546 will puzzle whoever opens the drawing after you. The pair of views lands in a 4.8 by 3.2 unit frame at six-tenths scale, so scale until the hull reads 6 m, then delete the profile if you are only laying out moorings from above.
