About this block
A neat five-row grid of thirty symbols covers a house wiring plan: the general meter and main switch, deviation boxes, local valves, ceiling and wall lamps, night lights, luminous signals, bells and buzzers, TV and telephone sockets, power sockets for light and industrial circuits, simple and two-way switches, and pull cords. Each symbol carries an Italian caption in small text beneath it, 49 texts in all. The drawing is 400 entities of lines, circles, arcs and 31 construction points on a layer named V, about 15.8 by 11.8 units across.
This set is aimed at domestic electrical layouts drawn at 1:50 and 1:100. Copy the whole grid into your template, block each symbol, and delete the captions or translate them into your own legend. The symbols use plain circles and short strokes, so they stay legible when scaled down to plan size. Keep them on a dedicated electrical layer so the lighting and power layouts can be plotted separately.
